Consular Service Camp in London, Ontario 
The Embassy of Nepal in Ottawa, in collaboration with NRNA Canada, Nepalese Community of London Ontario, and other local Nepali organizations, is organizing a two-day Consular Service Camp for the convenience of the Nepali diaspora residing in and around London, Ontario.
Date: June 7–8, 2025 (Saturday & Sunday)
Location: 4014 Dundas Street, London, Ontario, N5V 5C6
This is a golden opportunity for our community members to access essential consular services without having to travel to Ottawa.
Please make sure to bring the required documents and read all instructions carefully before arriving.

Urgent notice regarding the operation of consular service camp in London, Ontario, Canada
(Please fill out the form only after reading the full information)
Nepalese Embassy, Ottawa with the help of NRNA-Canada and Nepalese Community of London Ontario and community organizations of local Nepalese Diaspora, along with the help of Nepalese Community of London Ontario province, a program to provide consular services of the following bomojim targeting the Nepalese community residing in the area at the date, time and place of local Nepalese diaspora, Ontario province, to get the service they need. Heartily request to all concerned with the Embassy:

Services flowing from consular service camps:
a) Passport Renewal (Passport renewal) (Servicers can renew passport due to passport restoration period expires before June 2026)
B) Official Warsanama (Power of Attorney)
C) Authentication of Paper (Attestation)
Process to be completed to receive service, documents to be submitted and fees
a) Passport renewal (Passport renewal)
1. Method of applying
• Initially scanning the colored JPEG of rustic documents and ready:
Front and back page of Nepali citizenship certificate
Front and back page of minor identity card in the rights of minor.
The front page of the current passport (scan the page with photo and print to come on the same page)
The back page of the passport (Page with the nearest person’s name and address)
• Before filling up the online form, go to the Time Zone “Kathmandu, Nepal” (UTC+05:45) in the date and time setting of your computer, laptop or mobile,
• For online application go to https://emrtds.nepalpassport.gov.np/
• Going to Other in Appointment Country and Choose “NE, Ottawa” in Appointment Location.
• Due to the weekend, appointments will not be available for 07-08 June 2025, so will be taking any time appointments available on the following dates.
• The date and time of appointment is for form filling purpose only. Service flow in the camp will be based on First Come First Served.
• Citizenship or Minor Identity Card No. Continuous marks without keeping mark like / or -,
• Both pages of color scanned citizenship certificate or minor identity card mentioned above, both pages with photo of passport and print and name of the nearest person and address.
• After selecting the Appointment Date and Time and filled the complete details, at the end, download and print the PDF form with barcode. (The barcode can be seen on the right side of the downloaded form and on the bottom). )
• PDF copy of the form along with the mentioned barcode and scanned copy of current passport and citizenship or minor identity card and sent Embassy email to nepal.epp@gmail.com before 6 June 2025, please write your name-London in the subject of the email. (For example Ram Thapa – London)
• (Since the data filled by the applicant cannot be retrieved without verifying the form and otherwise biometrics cannot be taken, the form must be sent to the Embassy email ( nepal.epp@gmail.com ) for verification. Application Approve information will be received only after 4 June 2025. )
• Applicants for Biometrics to attend automatically camp with print of PDF form with downloaded barcode and other necessary documents.
2. Necessary documents to be brought when coming to camp for passports:
• Transcript of Citizenship Certificate
• Minor administration certificate and citizenship of parents, passport and marriage registration certificate and copies in the rights of minor.
• Original and copy of the current passport,
• Printed copy of PDF form with barcode downloaded after online form filling,
• In which status is staying in Canada, the document that opens the document and the copy of the document.
3. Other important information regarding passport application
• What is the passport fees. Dr. 220 is going to take. What is the right of lost or damaged passport. Dr. 330 is going to take. But, what is the renewal fee for the rights of a minor below 10 years. Dr. It will be 110. Minor’s passport is lost or damaged, respectively. Dr. 165. It will take.
• Passport fees can be paid through debit card or Money Order or Bank Draft named Embassy of Nepal, Ottawa. Cash will not be accepted.
• No need to bring photos for passports.
B) Official Warsanama (Power of Attorney)
Documents to be brought to the camp.
• Writing and application prepared by law professionals on Nepali paper
• Original and so copy of Nepali Citizenship Certificate and Passport given in Officer Warsana
• A proven copy of citizenship taken in officer warsana
• A copy of the citizenship of two witnesses who do right on the shore.
• Two/two photos taken recently of both the takers.
• In which status is in Canada, the document that opened by Byahora and their copy.
• Original or verified documents related to the authorized purpose, e.g. original or copy of Lalpurja in the right of land trafficking, tax paid receipt or certified copy of marriage registration for divorce
Other information
• What is the fees in official heirsana. Dr. 50 or what. Dr. 5 (Official Vareshnaama’s Vyahora Bamojim) will be taken. The amount of fees can be paid through debit card or Money Order or Bank Draft in the name of Embassy of Nepal, Ottawa. Cash will not be accepted.
• The person who gives in the authority should be present himself.
• Warsana related service will not be available for those who have taken foreign citizenship.
C) Authentication of Paper (Attestation)
Educational certificate, relation certificate, marriage registration certificate, birth registration certificate, death registration certificate, death registration.
Documents and other information to be submitted
• Request of the assigned format. Application form will be available in the camp itself.
• Must bring original and copy of the documents to be verified.
• Authentication fee per document. Dr. It’s going to be 70. The amount of fees can be paid through debit card or Money Order or Bank Draft in the name of Embassy of Nepal, Ottawa. Cash will not be accepted.
